Mora Chev treated us like family, it felt good. I do have to admit we did snoop around some other dealerships claiming great deals that turned out to be shell games. The best thing, is the feeling I get when we drive by Mora Chev knowing we supported a local business that supports local families.

Great service department

Very satisfied. Took our pickup in right away to change oil. We thought restrooms were clean and very nice. Waiting room was A-okay with magazines, books for kids, TV if wanted. Comfortable seating. Much nicer than most places like this. Friendly and everything done on time. Missed John.

Jon, our salesman, was very good. He was knowledgeable. We did not fell pressured at any time. We appreciate the gift. Tom, the service manager, was also very good. He addressed my concerns. The technician was helpful and solved my problems. My only concern is that I was pressured into buying an extended warranty by your finance manager. I did not want to purchase the plan. However, he kept trying to sell me the plan. Eventually, I bought it. I regret this.

This car buying experience as been 5 star from start to finish. My 1st inquiry was via email as I found the car I wanted in their inventory. The only one I found after a few months of searching. Then our greeting at the dealership and assistance by Danny Colbaugh was outstanding. He's knowledgable, professional, and friendly all in one. We tried out what became our new car and then the entire purchase process was smooth and comfortable. We would buy from them again even though the dealership is 60 miles from our home. I had a great experience at this dealership. I ran into a small problem with the truck the next day after purchasing with the on star system, but that was separate from my experience at the dealer.
